Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration provision shall be void, but the remainder of these Terms shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to arbitration, any legal action shall be brought in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
